ذَهَبَ بَابَا وَبَارَكُ إلَى الْبَحْر.
dhahaba baabaa wa baaraku ila-l-baHr.
Baba and Barak went to the sea.
في الحَقيبَة بُرتُقَالٌ وَبَيْض.
fi-l-Haqiibati burtuqaalun wa bayD.
In the bag there are oranges and eggs.
رَأَوز بَطَّةً تَسْبَحُ في البَركَة.
ra'aw baTTatan tasbaHu fi-l-barkati.
They saw a duck swimming in the pond.
جَلَسوا تحتَ الشَّجَرَة وَأكَلوا البُرتُقَال.
jalasuu taHta-sh-shajarati wa akalu-l-burtuqaal.
They sat under the tree and ate the oranges.
اشترَى بارَكُ بَالُوناً أزْرَق.
ishtaraa baaraku baaluunan azraq.
Barak bought a blue balloon.
لَعِبَ بارَكُ بـالْبَالُونِ عِندَ الْبَحْر.
la'iba baaraku bi-l-baaluuni 'inda-l-baHr.
Barak played with his balloon by the sea.
في المَسَاء عَادَ بَابَا وَبَارَكُ إلَى البَيْت.
fi-l-masaa'i 'aada baabaa wa baaraku ila-l-bayt.
In the evening, Baba and Barak returned home.
