Six body parts — head, eye, ear, mouth, hand and foot — with big outlines to colour and the Arabic and English names to trace. Colour the part, then touch it on yourself.

What is on the pages

  • Six pages: head, eye, ear, mouth, hand and foot.
  • A large, friendly outline of each part — the eye with its lashes, the hand with all five fingers.
  • Arabic and English name tracing on every page, with the transliteration printed under the title.
  • A one-line fact per part — twenty-seven bones in a hand, a quarter of your bones in a foot.

How to use it

Body words are the easiest vocabulary to teach because the flashcards are attached to your child. Colour the ear page, then whisper 'أُذُن' into the ear. Colour the hand, then high-five and say 'يَد'.

Do one part per day and end the week with a game: you say the Arabic word, your child touches the part. Six words, one week, remembered for years.

Questions

Which body words are included?

Head (ra's), eye ('ayn), ear (udhun), mouth (fam), hand (yad) and foot (qadam) — the six a toddler first points at, each on its own page.

Can I use this in a classroom?

Yes — print one per child and do the 'touch the part' game together. The full permission list is on the Worksheets page: personal, family and classroom use are all fine.
