Eight fruits and vegetables with a large outline drawing to colour, the name to trace in Arabic and English, and a one-line fact a parent can read aloud.

What is on the pages

  • One page per fruit or vegetable: apple, banana, grapes, watermelon, carrot, tomato, orange and strawberry.
  • A large, bold outline drawing that a three-year-old can colour inside without frustration.
  • The name in Arabic and English, each on a tracing row — solid guide, then faint guide, then blank.
  • A one-line fact about the fruit, written for a parent to read aloud while the child colours.

How to use it

Food is the fastest vocabulary for a small child because they can taste it. After colouring the apple page, eat an apple and say the word again — the memory attaches to the fruit, not to the paper.

Keep the finished pages together and you end up with a food book your child made themselves. Ask them, in Arabic, for each page: what is this? The tracing at the bottom of the sheet is the model answer.

Questions

Is the PDF really free?

Yes — the download asks for no email, no account and no payment, and the pages carry no watermark.

What age is this coloring book for?

Roughly three to seven. Younger children colour the picture; five- and six-year-olds do the word tracing too; seven-year-olds can copy the fact line in their own handwriting.
